Admission Details

The admission Application form (Annexure-I) & and Declaration form (Annexure-II) can be obtained from the admission offices or can be download from the Institution website.
The filled Enrollment form (Annexure-I) & Declaration form (Annexure-II) with the Demand Draft of Programme fee and Course fee can be submitted to the Admission offices listed in the institution website Students who are unable to reach the admission offices residing in the Country/ Abroad desirous to join any of the Programme of this Institution are advised to send the filled Enrollment form (Annexure-I) & Declaration form (Annexure-II) along with the Demand Draft of programme fee through Registered Post / Courier to the Administration office of this institution.
Applicants should go through the rules and regulations of this institution carefully before filling in the Application Form and enter correctly the Programme code and the name of the programme.
Application for the admission will be summarily rejected if any discrepancies are found at a later date between the information furnished in the application and supporting documents, such as name of the applicant, date of birth etc and if any untrue information is brought to notice with in stipulated period after admission the same can be rectified.
Recent passport size photographs should be pasted on the Enrollment form on the space provided and 3 Passport Size Photographs should be enclosed with the Enrollment form.
Self attested photocopy of the marks memo and certificates should be enclosed with the application form for admission.
Admissions cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Candidates / Students who are concerned about statutory recognition need not apply for the Programme.


Documents of the Institution

Programme Certificates will be awarded to the students on the successful completion of the courses or on passing of the final examinations and the same do not come under the purview of UGC or other Acts.

Any Institution employer or any Organization can seek verification of the Certificates / Diplomas awarded by this Institution to know the authenticity through E-mail from the Director.

Marks Memo /Certificates / Diplomas etc shall be sent through Registered Posts to the students from the Institution. For obtaining these Documents student will have to apply on the Performa (Annexure-IV) along with the Photo copy of the mark sheets and the same will be issued in one month of the submission of the application.

Duplicate Documents can be obtained from the Institution. For this purpose the candidate should apply on the from Annexure-IV along with the Demand Draft of prescribed fee.

Method of Education

IIHS adopts multimedia educational system consisting of printed Course material for self study and very encouraging facility for practical and personal contact programmes and to evaluate lessons by faculty experts.

The Syllabus of IIHS is fully based on par with the Universities recognized by UGC and Govt. of India Examinations. Learning material are specially prepared by the team of Experts from different universities, Institutions. All the self instructing Material is converted into Print Form & in CDs.

The System of evaluation for Distance Education Students as per Rules of Distance Education Council New Delhi. The IIHS has a 3-Tier System of evaluation

  1. Self assessment exercise within each unit of study Material in SIMs
  2. Continuous Evaluation, mainly through Assignments Tutor Marked or Computer marked (CMAs)for Theory & Practical both of each Course and Seminar / Project / Field visit / Work Shop training.
  3. The Term and Examination for Theory, Practical & Viva Voce will be as per rules of Institution.

For a Student to be declared passed, must secure minimum 40% marks in both continuous evaluation in the form of Assignment and Term End Examination separately and a total of 50% in each Course (Paper).

Each Theory Examination of each Course (Paper) carries 75 marks and minimum passing marks being 30. Every student has to clear each course by securing at least 30 marks.

Each Practical Examination of each Semester carries 75 marks and minimum passing 30 marks. Every student has to clear each Year Practical by scoring at least 30 marks. The distribution of Marks for Practical Examination are as follows:
